WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Choose a color in the dropdown menu for any style, if the color says ‘In stock’ that item will ship in 1-3 days.  If the colors says ‘Available on backorder’ that item will have to be made for you, which will take approximately 2-3 weeks to be handmade before it ships out to you.

If you purchase a ready to ship item with a backordered item, your items may ship separately or they may ship all together in 14 days. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you would like to know when your order will ship.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, with tracking where applicable.

*Please be sure your shipping address is correct at checkout* once it ships, we cannot change or redirect your package.

After your order is marked as shipped:

US SHIPPING
First class 2-5 days after marked as shipped.
Priority 1-3 days after marked as shipped (includes insurance up to $50, if you would like more insurance please add at checkout).

*Please note once we drop items off to the post office, we do not have access to any further information about your package than what you see on the tracking.  We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. If tracking information says ‘delivered’ but you did not receive your package, please check around the exterior of your house or apartment entryway, also with your neighbors and your local post office. If you are concerned about stolen packages please add signature confirmation to your shipping at checkout.

Insurance: can be added at check out. *If the tracking information for your order reads ‘delivered’ the post office will unfortunately not approve an insurance claim, insurance is only for lost or missing packages. Please choose signature confirmation if you are worried about stolen packages.

Signature: You can choose to sign for your order upon arrival which ensures your purchase is safely delivered to you. Please choose this option if you prefer the security of a signed delivery. When placing an order, NO signature required is set by default. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to my policies and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International first class can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks, depending on location and your country’s customs office. Tracking is available in some countries. If you would like to upgrade to a faster or guaranteed shipping provider please contact me prior to placing your order. By placing an order you agree to my policies, and accept responsibility for any and all customs duties in your country.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Unfortunately we do not offer customizations, custom sizes, or any alterations to any design. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

DO YOU OFFER MONOGRAMMING?

Unfortunately we do not offer monogramming on single item orders. we can monogram bridal orders (4 or more of the same style). Please feel free to contact us for pricing info and photo examples.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Yes! We offer wholesale to approved shops. Please fill out this form, once approved we will send you all the info.

DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL DISCOUNTS?

Yes! We offer special pricing on orders of 4 or more of the same style (can be different colors, but the same style). Please contact us with the following information:
*Exactly which style(s) you would like to order, quantity, and colors. [For example: 3 x mae in rose gold, 2 mae in gold, 1 x mae in champagne.]
*Your mailing address
*If you would like ‘thank you for being my bridesmaid’ cards added to your order
*Due date for order.
We will email you back with a pricing quote. Once you give approval we will send you an invoice via email.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after you receive your order.

RETURNS
Please contact us as soon as you decide to return. We can send you a prepaid shipping label to print out (cost will be deducted from your return, it’s usually $2-3 USD. If you would like to use your own shipping label we will give you the address to ship it to. You will be refunded when we receive the returned item. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted; if we can not re-sell the returned item it will be shipped back to you without refund.

EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges, please contact us letting us know what you would like to exchange your item for. If there is a price difference, you will either be refunded/ sent an invoice. You will be sent a shipping label to send back your item, once we receive it we will ship out the exchange.
